I would only recommend u haul with the person knowing you do not follow through as promised. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Employees were friendly and helpful. This location looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in years. Very friendly and helpful staff, but they need a broom. Offer an option to reject reserving the rental if the preferred location is not available. The men in my family insisted I be escorted when I picked up and dropped of the rental. Person running shop did not know how to smile and was very u friendly. I have no problem with these locations or workers there. However, I have a big complaint about the meter. The GPS said my route is only 28 miles, but the meter showed i drove 45 miles. I reserved a trailer two days prior. When I got there the trailer was waiting on me. It was clean, had good tires on it, and the lights and back door worked. The service I received was great and quick. The pickup & delivery of equipment went very well. Yes the people in the store is wonderful people understand everything you want I like I'm happy thank you so much
