4 This item only works properly on the hot water handel. Where is the one for the cold water handel? Installed this item on the cold water side and the faucet looks funny when you close the water. Requires a diffrent cartridge for cold handel. Returned the hot water cartridge back to Home Depot. No cold water cartridges in stock or ordered. Forced to go someplace else. 3 How do you replace the cartridge? All faucets in my house use these cardridges (AS Hampton collection) I found out that every couple of weeks I have to exchange at least one. They are advertised as "Lifetime warranty" but it seems that these cardridges wear very quickly. This is a fairly easy repair. Make sure to turn off the water supply & have some plumber's grease on hand for the new parts. I always replace the spacers and the spout seals while I have the faucet apart. They are cheap & it's just easier to do it all at once. Take pictures of the inside of the faucet at all stages as you take it apart. This helps if you forget which way is up, etc. when trying to put it back together.
