So i made a call and inquire about it, after so many frustrating calls, somebody answered that the car i paid downpayment in advanced is not available because it is for repair. So furious about it and nobody from mia’s car rental informed us about it.Then after demanding that i need my downpayment back, they said they will provide me a car in 3 days. So, after 3 days arriving in the philippines they let me rent their company car for more expensive daily basis that its not my fault that they cannot provide me that car i wanted. In desperation i accepted the company car and paid more and they promised i will have the car i originally rented in 5 days.Then that day came and no replacement car was given and they said the car was still in a repair shop, and i cannot rent the company car anymore and they don’t have any replacement. And they are not sure when it will be ready. I beg them that i needed a car because they messed my plans and its not my fault but, they cannot provide me any car and asked me to pay more for the car.
