Nature's Gifts Kitten Rescue only raises babies who are too young to eat on their own. These infants are usually not accepted by shelters because of the tremendous work (feeding every few hours all night) and the high expense of kitten formula. We are their last chance to live. Hand-fed babies are often more cuddly and affectionate with humans than kittens whose nourishment came from their mothers.These kittens are raised as fosters - not caged except when very tiny and fragile and for vet visits. They run and play, and generally choose to sleep with their humans. When you see the tremendous need for the care of stray and abandoned animals, you have to do what you can do to help. Nature's Gifts is a rescue (kittens live in a home as companions), not a shelter (often rows of caged cats).

The babies get lots of attention and love as the feline children of the family.Kittens are trained to come when called and to avoid running outside when a door is opened. They also start to receive training to stay off kitchen counters and other pieces of furniture. There is no charge for the kitten and the medical services. However, there is a $100 cash deposit, which you will get back when you have proof that the kitten was neutered by the age of 6 months and that it got its last shot (which you can get here free).You may generally bring the kitten back at one year old for a booster shot.Potential adoptive parents are carefully screened!WE have some F1 bengal boys available. Currently, we have many sickly kittens needing treatment; Hank, a cat with a massive abscess on the back of his head that ruptured and needed treatment; Petey, the Lhasa Apso who has bladder stones and needs surgery;
