Our Boxers are always in top shape and vet checked before we breed them. We are in the early stages of breeding Rottweilers. The website will be updated with more information on our Rottweilers as we progress. All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in very good health, vet checked, current on vaccinations, AKC registered, micro-chipped, and are started on potty training and crate training to make the transition to your home easier. Dogs and puppies are our family. The puppies are held and socialized by adults, children and the other dogs. We live on farm land so they are use to the sounds of chickens, guinea hens, peacocks and tractors. We are located in SE Minnesota.  We welcome you to come and meet the parents and puppies, after the puppies are 5 weeks old.  Paws Boxer and Rottweiler BreedingReview this business:54321Click to RateShare Review09/14/2015Multiple friends of mine have got Puppies from here and they turned out really nice dogs I recommend getting your Boxer Pups from hereShareFlag06/25/2015If you want a beautiful boxer I highly recommend bear county boxers I got my Luna from herShareFlag06/25/2015I highly recommend Bear Country Boxers as a breeder!

Who We AreWe are a volunteer-based organization who reaches out to and provides a sanctuary for boxers in need. While we have coordinators located in South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa, our volunteers live across the five-state region we serve: South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota. Founded in 1998, we’ve formalized our program, established a Board of Directors, and have operated as a federally-recognized non-profit business since 2007. What We DoBoxers come to us in many different ways: from shelters, breeders, as strays, and from owners who need to find a new home for their boxer. We provide the boxers in our care with a loving home environment as well as the basics every dog needs: veterinarian care (including spay/neuter), basic training, and behavior assessment. We provide boxers with care for at least two weeks, as we’ve found it takes at least that amount of time for them to show us their personality—even if they’ve come from good, stable homes.
Most importantly, we find our boxers a permanent, forever home by carefully matching them with an adoptive family. Why We Do ItEveryone at NPBR loves and respects boxers; we’re owners (or future owners), admirers, and students of the breed. Many of our boxers come from difficult backgrounds, so our goal is to find them a lasting and loving home. While we understand your preferences in finding a great pet, our boxers’ needs are our top priority in both foster and permanent placement. We at NPBR all have busy lives and busy dogs—so please keep this in mind when asking questions or sending an application. We''l reply as soon as we can, and we look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for considering a wonderful rescue dog! All life is precious. Why rescue a boxer? Boxers are generally all loving and forgiving beings. These dogs have become homeless by no fault of their own, and are eager to belong to a family pack again. In the case of boxers from breeding facilities, they are eager for a loving family pack for the first time in their lives.
Our rescue boxers are not dogs of the worst case scenario or beyond training. They do not have incurable health problems [we vet/care for them] - if a boxer does have special needs, the adoptive family will know this immediately. Our foster program exists to test boxers for problems and deal with them before they find a permanent home. Though these dogs have struggled, our foster program allows them to experience life in loving and boxer-experienced homes before they find a permanent one. Foster Homes are vital to our program; they help our boxers adjust to and become prepared for a permanent home in a loving family. Some boxers are easy, some more of a challenge, but they’ll all own your heart when you watch them blossom. Foster families are given first adoption rights; should you fall in love with your foster dog, you can make him/her a permanent addition to your family. We always need both long-term and respite homes. Long-term homes keep dogs until they can be permanently placed, and respite homes keep them for a week at most, helping other foster owners if they are away from home.
