Bull Terrier Puppies For Sale In The Bay Area

is your source for finding an ideal American Pit Bull Terrier Puppy for Sale or a grown American Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Sale. Pound Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2001. We rescue approximately 400 puppies every year. We are a completely volunteer run organization whose purpose is to keep puppies out of overcrowded shelters where they are at risk for disease and euthanasia. Puppies are fostered in volunteer foster homes where we can keep the puppies healthy, socialized, and in their litter until they are old enough to be placed in permanent, loving homes. All of the puppies we rescue come to us looking for love and a "forever" home. Our hope is that all puppies placed through our organization will never experience being homeless or unloved again. All our dogs are fed a high quality all natural food to promote health and shiny coat. French and English Bulldogs are a great breed and wonderful animal to add to your family. They are true family dogs. They are primarily indoor animals that love to play and hang out with the family. They are great on walks however French Bulldogs DO NOT tolerate high heat or cold temperatures. These dogs love to play outside but need to be kept as indoor dogs. Please keep in mind the extra care that needs to be given to a Bulldog before making the decision to adopt one.
There are plenty of great websites out there that can help you to fully understand this lovable breed. If you have any French or English bulldog related questions don’t hesitate to use us here at Baytown Bulldogs, as we are well versed on the breed. We have a contract and a 1 year health guarantee that is in line with Bulldog industry standards. Before going home with you, each puppy will have a complete check up with the veterinarian. Please note that you may see PHS/SPCA employees or volunteers in our room before or after regular business hours. And, we may temporarily disable our camera while cleaning or maintaining the room and at times when adopters are a bit shy. For a small percentage of adoptable dogs, PHS/SPCA requires an $90 training fee. This fee, collected at the time of adoption, enrolls your adopted dog in our training class. Our staff and volunteers make visitors aware of the training fee early in the adoption process. We require training when it will greatly add to a dog’s success in his or her new home. In other cases, we may conduct a property inspection or have other requirements. Our goal is not to make the process cumbersome, but to do what we know will ensure a lasting adoption. Since we’ve spent time with each dog prior to adoption and have knowledge of different breeds, plus a success rate for lasting adoptions well above the national average, we feel good about our matchmaking process. Some of our mixed breed dogs have been DNA tested, and those results are included, at no extra cost, with their adoption fee. If adopters fall for a dog in our care who hasn’t been tested, they can purchase a DNA test from our on-site retail store at the time of adoption.
