Our rescues are vet checked, spayed/neutered (when they are of age), immunized and treated for fleas and ticks before they are placed up for adoption. Our adoption fee covers their vet check, any medicine needed, shots up to the time of their adoption and the cost of spaying/neutering. The adoption fees, money gathered from special events and private donations are our only source of funding. We receive no government support. Every dollar is used to pay the veterinary bills for cats in care. When you adopt 1 cat when save 2 because we can bring another in from the elements. Thank you Sandi for caring. I believe we are born with a love toward certain animals and you my friend are definitely one of them. Adopting Bruce from Adopt Me! Cat Rescue was a great experience! The communication between us and Sandi was fantastic. It was easy to understand what was expected of us. On top of that we received a great resource package which will definitely come in handy. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I'm glad we chose Adopt Me! This spring we found ourselves rescuing a beautiful male tabby from a life on the streets. Noah, as we came to call him, seemed so grateful to have love, security and food he could count on. My experience with Adopt Me! Cat Rescue was tremendous. Sandi is responsive, very knowledgeable about cats and so caring. Above all, Adopt Me! Cat Rescue has the best interest of the kitties and the people who will love them at heart. Through AMCR, Noah has a loving forever home that is just right for him and his new family. My experience dealing with Adopt Me!

Cat Rescue was extremely positive. Sandi was quick to secure spots for two very deserving cats who had been abandoned. She obviously cares greatly about these fur babies. I am very grateful to Adopt Me! Sponsor UsSponsor a cat - become a community cat hero!

With the guidance of our excellent facility veterinarians and our Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants, all of our pets are neutered, micro chipped and vaccinated here at the college. If you adopt one of our animals, you will also receive a adoption kit containing food and toys as well as 45 days of free pet insurance ! The adoption fee is then sent to the SPCA to continue to support the running of the shelter. We are a teaching facility and committed to supporting the community and it’s stray animals. The same necessary procedures that we do for these cats and dogs would cost an owner over 1000.00 dollars. It’s the best deal in town, and we’re very happy to be able to offer these ready to adopt forever furry friends ! We thank the SPCA de L’Outaouais for allowing us to run their adoption program through our facility here at the Woodroffe Campus.
