All paper work and puppy care instructions are between you and your breeder. If you pick up your puppy you are subject to sales tax from your breeder. Here are some of the popular breeds you can find on our site: Yorkshire terrier is a full spirited pure bred little dog.  Average size is 5 to 7 lbs and you will also find them in the tea cup size which there is no such thing a tea cup except they are smaller in size 2.5 to 4 lbs. They are not recommended for very small children.  They work well for single people, couples, and elderly.  Colors vary from a black gold to a silver gold.  Non shedding and hypoallergenic! 
Havanese mixed with a Shih Tzu or Poodle make amazing family pets.  Gorgeous fun loving puppies!  They are big baby doll puppies/dogs.  They are very smart and entertaining.  F1 breeding with registered parents!  Average size 7 to 12 lbs.  They are non shedding and hypoallergenic.  Great family pet ….good with children!  Maltese puppies are pure white non shedding dogs.  When looking for one look for one with good black points.  Black points are the eye liners, nose and lips are filled in dark black.  A little yellowing on ears is common but you don’t want yellowing throughout the coat.  The ears usually lighten up.  Average Maltese size is 5 to 7 lbs.  Many Maltese are lap dogs. Teacup sizes are usually 3 to 5 lbs… Great pet for a single person, teenage girl, elderly and they travel well. Maltipoo puppies are the best lap dogs around. They are a mix of a Maltese and Poodle. We only recommend F1 breeding with registered pure bred parents. Most maltipoo’s love to be held…still very playful!   
Very smart puppies and learn quickly.  Average size 4 to 7 lbs.  To keep that cute puppy look we recommend the puppy cut.  Great puppy for elderly, kids, single people and families!  Morkies are a wonderful designer mix puppy.  We only recommend F1 breeding which from a registered Dam and Sire.  A Morkie is a mix of a pure bred Yorkshire terrier and a Maltese.   They come in the black and gold, white, chocolate, parti, reddish or apricot…the majority will be black and gold or reddish apricot. They are very sweet puppies with fairly high energy.   General sizes are 5 to 7 lbs.  You will find some smaller and some much larger.  Parent sizes and grandparent sizes do help in giving a good estimation of size along with puppies 8 week and 12 week weight.  You triple the weight at 8 weeks and double at 12 weeks for a good estimation.  Great puppy for singles/families and apartments!!!  People on the go…they travel well. The smaller breed teddy bears are usually a mix of a Maltese and Shih Tzu.  They are also known as Maltshi and Maltzu puppies. Great family dog, elderly and they travel well.  Make sure you do not leave your pet out in the cold to long or in a car while in shopping or for whatever reason.  A small dog can chill fairly quickly and even die if left out to long... Be responsible for all your pets needs... Do you have your dog on a monthly heart worm program? Don't forget to give your dog it's yearly vacinations! Make sure you have your dog on a flea treatment program! Don't leave your dog in a car for any period of time....a dog can overheat in a car from sunlight and die...
