The pipes for the shower head aren't the same thread type as the union. The plastic washers in the union basically disintegrated after I tightened it. it was a little more complicated to put together than I thought. First off, the picture is not the product you will receive. The supports to the wall and the ceiling are extremely flimsy and not the same diameter as in the picture. The curtain ring is a little wobbly and I would not trust it to hold more than the curtain, but for the price I can't complain too much. Had to use old shower head and rods, were not compatible.
