Our main goal is to achieve, by selective breeding, Goldens that possess the soundness, natural ability and temperament that is reflected in the Golden Retriever Breed Standard. Our puppies are raised and loved in our home, not a kennel. They are AKC registered, champion sired, veterinarian inspected and monitored, vaccinated, dewormed, well socialized and “prepared” for their forever homes. They are loving pet companions, and genetically appropriate as Therapy Dogs, Show prospects, Obedience, Tracking or Agility competitors. And we are here to assist you for the rest of your Golden’s life, which, typical of these pedigrees, is a good long life! That was very exciting for our sweet little puppy, but she wasn't through! Indie WON the Sporting Group and competed in Best in Show which is very unusual for a Golden puppy at a show as large as the Asheville Kennel Club's (1,000 plus entries). And to finish the loop, she finished her Championship at 23 months of age with another Major at the same show! The following month she earned her Grand Championship with an additional six Majors! (Saki x Cashie 2011) GCH Ridgehaven's On The Road again, RN, CGC (Willie is Indie's older brother and the first Saki x Cashie Champion) finished his AKC Championship in late 2011 with a third Major going Best of Breed over five Specials. On February 14, 2012 he competed against 29 of the best Goldens in the US at Westminster Kennel Club, in New York City. Unfortunately he did not win that show. However, he won frequently and accumulated an additional five Majors to finish his Grand Championship, including a Group 3 in the Sporting Group, all before he was three years old!

At the 2014 Golden Retriever Club of America Specialty Willie made it to the final cut. He was in the top 20 of over 200 Champions competing for Best of Breed / Best in Specialty.Willie winning another Best of Breed and Indie winning Best of Winners & Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed on the same day in Hilton Head.
