This restaurant and bakery is in a lovely house just a few steps from downtown on the yellow brick path in Wamego and it is so good that I ate there twice in two days! All the staff were cheerful and welcoming and the food was SO good! If you go to Wamego, you must treat yourself to the Friendship... We found this place by accident after we stopped in Wamego. The breakfast we ordered was excellent and the atmosphere was very inviting. I would definitely like to stop here again. I was in town to visit the Oz museum. Then I saw this on TripAdvisor I wanted to try the cinnamon rolls. They were great they tasty so wonderful. We came in with 4 young children and 4 adults and the owner Mike was EXTREMELY accommodating. They have books upstairs for the kids that we could bring down to the table to occupy them while we ordered. The special of the day was a bison burger, so we decided to combine that with their other specialty, stuffed burgers. Have eaten here for both breakfast and lunch.
