Breakfast was on the second floor making more difficult for older people눇The staff were great! 눉the building was under construction and once again i was right in the middle of it. seems I've been getting really bad rooms through you for several spots and nothing gets done about it. until i get compensated properly 눇Super close to all Silicon Valley locations.

Stayed with three kids very spacey. Tons of food breakfast and afternoon stuff. Was expensive but worth the money 눉No dislikes.눇Nice room, full kitchen with updated stainless appliances, granite, energy effic lighting. Felt like nice small apartment. Although right near busy road was still quiet. Didnt even hear road. 눉Breakfast on Sunday ended at 930am. Pull out coach did not have linens, we had to call the front desk for the linens and pillow.눇Easy check in. 눉Cost for parking :-( A bit of a maze to navigate, but doesn't impact on the stay at all.눇Good breakfast, beautiful self-catering rooms, excellent service. 눉We were only missing one small thing - a safe in the room. Available at the reception instead.눇The penthouse suite was perfect for a family of four (and with a sofa bed for two more). The continental + hot breakfast was good - no reason to drive elsewhere for breakfast. Small but ok pool. 눉Everything눇I loved every bit of my one night stay there.

Stuff were supper great. Just wished I stayed there for a longe period. 눉Trash could have been picked up outside along walkways. Common area trash was always overflowing.눇Bed was very comfy. Room was very clean, but had a strange odor upon arrival. 눉No complaints.눇I lived in this area for 5 years. It can get expensive to do anything. This place is an great value. It is my go to when I visit. 눉A choice of pillows.....all were thick and firm and I happen to need a thinner pillow on the soft side. A few shelves in the fairly sized closet would allow longer staying guests to fully unpack.눇Beautifully configured space.....one of the best I have seen. Spotlessly clean and comfortable! This hotel advertises a pool/jacuzzi, business center, fridge, tv, etc. We had none of this. They also advert that their lobby is under construction...its not the whole lobby, its the entire hotel. The pic on the website is merely a draft up of what they want to do...the entire place is one big construction zone! They advertise a breakfast with hash browns...no hash browns, and their breakfast consisted of those gross pastries in plastic you get from costco and some fruit. We did have a TV which didn't work and a fridge which didn't work. I work remotely, so thank god the internet worked, but they didn't have a business center. When we requested late check out they gave us noon. Then they gave us 4. When we tried to check out at 2:30 they threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't pay axxx late check out fee. DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners and staff are shady and will try and rip you off. I am waiting for a phone call back from priceline regarding our stay, as we are expecting our money back.

The hotel is in the process of an update/remodel, and while the bathroom was nicely done, everything else appeared tired and dated. Further, when I arrived late on my first night, the clerk gave me a key to a room that hadn't been made-up. (The bed was unmade and there was laundry on the floor.) Since the furnishings and decor were dated, the disarray of the sheets and towels made the room look even worse. Hotel location was excellent for my purpose, check in quick and efficient and staff very friendly and helpful. Third floor was being re-decorated but did not experience any noise. Our room was quiet good and internet connection great. Will definitely stay there again as good value for the money. If you're just looking for a bed to sleep on for the night, this hotel is perfect. It would also be nice for any business travelers as the room included a work desk and free wifi.
