The seat covers arrived in a timely manner but did not look like the seat covers on the CalTrend website. The insert panel (in my case, tan) looked like the picture, above, but on the website the insert ran the full length of both the seat back and seat cushion, which is what I was expecting. I was planning on returning the seat covers but after speaking with the AAG customer service rep I decided to first call CalTrend directly to address the issue and to determine what could be done. The CalTrend rep bent over backwards to address my concerns and, after conferring with their designer, agreed to correct the insert panels so that they would run the full length of the seat back and seat cushion.

They issued a return authorization and in less than two weeks I had my seat covers redone with the insert panels running the full length of the seat back and cushion - not that's customer service!!! I have since ordered the seat covers for the back seats and CalTrend have agreed to do the same for the back seats as they did for the front ones. It doesn't get any better than that! As for the seat covers - they fit great. They have a custom look - as if the seats came that way from the factory. Dealing with AAG and CalTrend has been an awesome experience.
