Moving the operator too rapid can cause the operator’s magnets to get disengaged, so be sure to move the operator slowly and steadily. To lower your blinds move the operator in the same manner to the top of the track. If the larger operator is moved too rapidly, it is possible (although uncommon) for the magnets of the operator to become disengaged. To reengage them, simply raise the larger operator steadily to the top of the track until you hear a loud click. This clicking sound is the indication that the magnets are now reengaged and your blinds will function reliably.
