I am a bit confused as to why we haven't heard anything from you since the move and almost 2 years later you have written a review. We would have been able to come to some type of arrangement to fix your items in the allotted 7 day window required by our insurance.

We tried really hard to accommodate your needs once the movers arrived but the requests you made were never discussed with our office.

Ready Made Curtains Dallasbut when the movers arrived, you tried to manipulate our system by having them move twice the amount of items at no additional charge. We moved you on December 5th and we did not have any further interaction with you to discuss damages until you filed a chargeback with your credit card company on the 24th.

Your confirmation email and contract states that you have to notify us in writing through e-mail to show any damages so that the insurance process can take place. Your credit card company denied your request to have those funds refunded to you because you did not report anything with us. They stated that you sent them 11 pictures of damaged furniture to prove your case but you never sent anything to us. We would have been more than happy to fix anything that we damaged but the movers actually took inventory of all damaged items before moving anything and you had quite a bit of damaged items already. Its unfortunate that we could not have a good moving experience because that's what we strive for with all of our clients. We are not perfect, so there very well could have been some damages but unfortunately you didn't allow us to rectify any wrongs by reporting those damages to us. We apologize if any of our movers showed frustration while moving your items but you also must realize that if you had of been honest about what you needed, we could have come better prepared with more movers and a bigger truck.
