My movers busted their butts padding up the furniture in their house, when they seen that we were taking great care of their furniture they seemed to get ansy. The customer was told IN ADVANCE they were bringing a 17 ft truck and the customer said that's what they used to move in and that it was fine. The customer was never charged any extra travel time.

Job took 10 and 1 half hours. Customer was only charged for :8 and 1 half hours. Was never any argument cause we knew from the way they were acting they wanted something free. When they couldn't find any damages, None at all they played the bill and husband said we did a great job and his wife was just funny from the start and tried to get husband too be nasty during the move.. Customer was also told if we had to Hoist over balcony their would be an extra charge. Was told in advance . Customer knew the Mirror was broke in advance and never even mentioned it. We still moved it and put it together for them. No moving company pays claims for press board or particle board furniture whether it breaks or not and my movers didn't break it. So all in all the truck didn't make a difference cause they were never charged any additional travel time. You have people like this in all walks of life, just wanting something for nothing, and when they can't get it, they try and hurt the movers with a bad review.

And the husband tipped also, I know huh go figure. This is a case of someone who I think thought they were going to get a free move, from the damages to furniture being moved. She took pictures of all the furniture. There wasn't 1 scratch or 1 rub or any broken furniture. No damages what so ever to any walls in the apartment or the hallway leading from the 3 rd floor to the first. We pad wrapped all furniture and unwrapped the furniture in the house right in front of her. Once she seen how we worked she was up tight and very difficult to deal with from the start. We still were very professional and nice. Her request was for 1 apartment, however when we got out there it was 2 apartments. We gave here an hourly quote. Now when we finished with the move she didn't want to pay the contracted bill. What do I do? I know from my experience working with the big companies, MAYFLOWER, UNITED, That If I call the police the bill will definitely get paid, but someone might get arrested. I don't want anyone to get attested.

My movers said they were just really nice people to work for. We had just hired a couple of new people and its sad but they were fired because we don't tolerate this or any other kind of behavior. We were never aware of the change jar and seems funny that it took some time to mention this but once again we don't tolerate this behavior if it did happen those new people are no longer with us. My movers are paid well and they don't need to take change when they are paid more than the other companies pay. I worked for all the big companies and know what they pay. We take very good care of the furniture we move. I am sorry but it seems fishy that it took so long to mention this. Never called to talk with us, just posted on review this incident. You know what you have as far as valuables, they should always be placed in a secure spot before moving.
