Since that time have fostered over 65 homeless animals, a large portion of which have been pit bull mixes rescued from death row. Saving animals has become a personal passion, and Derek will do anything in his power to help an animal in need, even stopping on the side of a busy interstate highway to catch a stray! His primary focus is on transportation-related industries and he writes business all over the globe. The hopeless situation of these animals needs caring and motivated people with ” boots on the ground” experience. Marilyn has a BS in Interior Design from Colorado State University, Fort Collins and is currently an independent Interior Designer.
