Great location for what I needed. 눉I was expecting bottles of water inside the room.눇The breakfast buffet had sufficient choices to get us through the day. The staff were really friendly and courteous. The bed was amazing with lots of pillows for comfort. Also, the microwave oven inside the room was very useful. 눉Although the beds were spacious, the room and bathroom were a little small - travelling with older children - we did not have any privacy.눇Excellent Staff, Clean Rooms, Great Fitness and Laundry Rooms!

눉I booked on Booking and expected to receive comp Breakfast but did not receive a voucher. I lodge at other location for less and given more. I wont be coming back ever. I wanted to see if the name was really worth the price. I findings were this stay was not worth the cost because I felt robbed.눇Nothing, Not what I expected at all. 눉Asked for a room close to entrance/exit (meaning elevator) got room way at the end of the hall. I have very bad knees and the walking back and forth was long and a bit painful.눇Staff was ultra friendly the food was excellent. Beds were comfortable even though we didn't get one with adjustable mattress. 눇Having a microwave & frig included in the room. 눉I had a problem with the final bill and multiple prices were given to me at checkout.눇The room was very clean the bed was nice and soft and overall I had a good experience. 눉The beds were adjustable firmness. Both beds sunk in the middle and were firmer around the edge.눇Very clean and new looking.

눉We visited our relatives and returned to Hilton at approximately 8:00 PM and the front parking lots were full. Circled around 3 times, stopped at the front and asked for additional parking spaces. There were spaces available in the back which we didn't know until we asked.눇It's very close to Hi Way 99 and there are plenty of eating and shopping facilities in the surrounding areas. 눉Our bed had a sink hole in the mattress. 눉We were rudely greeted when we arrived. The carpets were filthy. No toilet paper holder in our room #203. Overall, the staff was rude. Spent time talking to each other making guests wait before answering questions.눇the pool. The beds were very comfortable. 눉The mattress was very lumpy. Music from the first floor could be hear clearly in our room on the third floor, especially in bathroom. Bathroom had signs of mold that had been cleaned up.눇Staff was very pleasant and responsive. 눇This is our 2nd stay and we've enjoyed the comfort of our room most.
