Back in January, Officer Hartnett was shot 3 times while sitting in his patrol ca...r. In April he was invited to throw out the first pitch at the Phillies home opener and after doing so, the officer got down on one knee and proposed to his beautiful bride Lily. Then came June and we had the honor of dressing them for their July wedding by Mayor Jim Kenney at Philadelphia's City Hall.
