We are run by volunteers and generous supporters who have provided their time and financial support to help us with our mission. With the amount of work that is needed to be done we are are always challenged by the large expenses we incur to transport, provide medical treatment, and provide food and shelter for the pets we are able to rescue. We are always in need for donations to help us continue our mission. Your support will help us! Many unwanted animals are given a second chance through the Rescue Warriors Corp. The adoption process is a fairly easy process. Once you’ve decided to adopt, note the name of the pet you are interested in and visit the adoption application.

Qualifications/Requirments to adopt include: All cats and dogs adopted from Rescue Warriors Corp will be spayed or neutered. If an animal requires surgery, it will remain at on foster care until they are well enough to go home. Microchips are a permanent form of identification implanted between the shoulders of the pet. Other services included in the adoption fee: Once the adoption application is final, the contract and policies will be explained and a copy of the medical records for any procedures completed by Rescue Warriors Corp will be given. The adoption paperwork includes an exam card, the adoption contract, medical history, and microchip certificate. Complete the adoption application online. By sending a completed application along with the necessary requirements above may speed up the adoption process for you. Monetary donations are always needed and most appreciated, but these are items we use every day and would help us cut down on our daily costs (new or used):

Philosphy We Strive For Our mission at Rescue Warriors Corp is very simple. We are here to save one dog or one cat at a time until the need to euthanize healthy happy animals does not happen. We rescue from high kill shelters throughout the Midwest region of the United States. We rely solely on foster homes and private donations to care for our animals until they are adopted. We believe just like people, animals deserve the same loving and compassionate care. Just like our husbands did in the military , our hope is that no man , or in this case animal, get left behind! Upon arrival, all animals are spayed/neutered, brought up to date on vaccinations and heartworm testing, and given a thorough exam. Any medical issues are addressed. Before pets are placed up for adoption, they are behaviorally assessed in their foster home. We do not have a central facility. We rely solely on foster homes. In order to meet a pet, an applicant must fill out an Adoption Application and be an approved adopter.

Barrington Natural Farms is a diversified "pasture farm" providing our Chicago-area customers with organically-raised 100% grass-fed beef, raw milk, free-range broiler chicken and eggs, and woodland pork.   started offering organically-grown vegetables through a CSA program, and in 2015 we expanded that offering to include a full-diet CSA offering a weekly pickup of vegetables, raw milk, eggs, chicken,We have also added free-range broad-breasted bronze turkeys for a special Thanksgiving meal. Growing the highest quality, nutrient-dense "clean food" possible is our goal. We believe that clean food is both nutritious and delicious. We believe the way to raise livestock is to provide an environment that is sustainable and mimics their natural living conditions.  This means they are raised outdoors on fresh rotated pastures for the majority of their lives, with the omnivores (pigs and chickens) pasture forage supplemented with certified organic, non-GMO feeds.

We don't inject or feed our livestock any hormones, chemical dewormers, sub-therapeutic antibiotics, vaccines, or any other type of pharmaceuticals.  We only use antibiotics if an animal's life is in danger and we have no natural or homeopathic options for treating them.  We keep them happy and healthy with lots of sunshine, fresh air, open space, rotated pasture forages, and a low stress natural lifestyle. We are passionate about being good stewards of the land and want to be socially and environmentally responsible so we can leave the land in better condition for future generations. any pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or synthetic fertilizers on our pastures, gardens, or woodlands. P - We will be raising 3 batches of hogs on 20 acres of rotated woodlands and meadows in 2016, ready for processing in July, September, and December.  Our hogs free-range on rotated pastures and woodlands, supplemented with extra raw milk from our cows, whey leftover from cheesemaking, leftover organic

vegetables, and a certified organic grain ration.  They do not receive any antibiotics, hormones, or chemical dewormers. 100% Grass Fed Beef - we raise a small herd of Beefmaster/Angus cattle on rotated organic pasture year round.  During the growing season they are moved daily to fresh grass using portable electric fencing, and never eat any corn, grains, soybeans, or proteinIn winter they eat organic hay.  For 2016 we will have beef available monthly. Pasture-Raised Chickens - In 2016 we are exclusively raising Freedom Ranger red broilers chickens, who free-range on rotated organic pastures supplemented with SOY-FREE, certified organic, non-GMO feed mix for superior taste & healthiest meat.   June - October, we should have some frozen available through January. Fresh Free Range Eggs -   Our hens free range on rotated pasture paddocks surrounded by electric netting which is moved frequently to fresh pasture forage.  We supplement their pasture forages wiith organic, SOY FREE, non-GMO grain mix as well as leftover organic fruits and vegetables.  Eggs are available to customers that have pre-ordered other products.  We are unable to sell eggs as a standalone item until the farm store opens in 2016.  Please refer to the  page of our website for directions on picking up eggs at our farm.
