It was the best decision I have ever made. On 7/1/14 Sonny, Chris, and Josh showed up 5 minutes early and started moving immediately when they got to the door. They start billing when they start moving things not when they leave their facility. It took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to move from Brunswick to Lakewood including drive time. We had a 2 bedroom apartment moving into a house. All three guys were polite and hard working. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. Best decision I have made. Sonny and Brandon were just machines--they got in and got going immediately, knew exactly what they were doing and had everything neatly and securely in the truck in record time. I was very impressed with their care with my items, and their knowledge of the best ways to move the larger pieces, and how quickly (but carefully) they deconstructed (and then rebuilt) the items that required it. They were on... time (a little early even), super nice, patient with my "moving day panic" and kept almost to the minute the amount of time they thought they'd need to get me out of the old place and into the new one. My email communications with Tony were also extremely professional--what got my attention initially was how quickly he responded to my questions here, and provided answers to everything I asked without hesitation. A small mixup about the original quote was handled quickly and fairly the day of the move, and that further impressed me. I unequivocally would recommend Elite to others, and would (and likely WILL) use them again without hesitation.
