Thanks again for making our old home newer! Terrible Vinyl Installation Scheduling Home Depot customer service is great. It's the flooring company that they contract that is terrible. Vinyl installation job missed due date. Came in with three guys for one day job and never finished. Two guys pulled off the job for another and later came back and got the other guy. Then was suppose to be back first thing the next morning, no show. Then was suppose to be there by 12pm, no show. Finally at 2:30 pm one guy shows up, other two didn't show. Call for help, there was none. Finally field supervisor had to come out to help him after a lot of begging. Home Depot itself was great, it's the contractor that is bad. granite and vinyl flooring

Home depot and there staff did a great job, but i am not happy with installer, Vinyl Wood Look Flooring I was particularly happy with our sales person who went out of his way to make sure that we got the best deal. The installer did a great job however when I had just a few issues after he was done and I called him he said he would stop by to take a look but I never saw him. We fixed the issues ourselves, they were minor. carpet and vinyl install both were done at separate times. both crews were polite and efficient. I am very happy with both rooms. I have used home depot before for flooring and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
