Siberian Cat Breeders Wales

Below is a list of breeders registered with The Siberian Cat Club. To help you locate breeders in your area our Breeder List is split into 10 regions shown on the map to the left. These regions are South East, South West, Eastern, East Midlands, West Midlands, North East, North West, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Each of these breeders has agreed to be bound by the Club's Breeder Code of Ethics which outlines our expectation that breeders care for the health and welfare of their cats and kittens and that they will abide by the rules and guildlines of the GCCF. Kittens are required to be at least 13 weeks of age and should have completed a full course of vaccinations and been health checked by a qualified Vet before they are collected. They should be in good health and free from parasites. The breeder should provide a complete pedigree (with a minimum of three generations), registration certificate, care sheet and vaccination record upon collection. Some breeders may require purchasers to sign a contract agreeing to have the kitten neutered by a certain age or may practice early neutering.

Please note that the Club does not endorse any of the breeders listed below. It is not possible for us to check the conditions that the cats and kittens are kept in and therefore we cannot take responsibility for their general health. If you visit a Registered Breeder of The Siberian Cat Club and are concerned that the cats or kittens may be at risk please contact Wayne Baxter who will look in to the matter. Breeders and people wanting to purchase pedigree kittens are reminded that they should not purchase kittens from or go to stud with any breeder currently suspended by the GCCF. Any kittens purchased from, or resulting from such a mating, will not be registered by the GCCF. Please refer to the GCCF Suspension List for a list of breeders currently suspended. If you are interested in stud services please refer to our Stud List which can be can found on the Breeder Information page. « Back to top I have a black male cat about a year old. good with kids and other cats. My name is Melanie and together with the help of my family I have been breeding our gorgeous Siberian kittens since 2008. My husband and I started breeding and showing our cats in the UK before we were married.

You can read an article about us in The Daily Telegraph . Here at Snowgum we specialise exclusively in pedigree Siberian kittens in a variety of colours. Our home-based breeding program is our family hobby and my passion, not a business; we have never made a profit and have spent a small fortune. My husband often jokes that if we ever give up breeding he will put his hand to rennovating classic cars as it would take up as much time, space and income! Our lovely cats have excellent pedigrees from some of the finest Russian lines, and most have actually travelled all the way from the breed's homeland Russia. This ensures we are producing excellent quality genuine Siberian kittens. We now even have a Snowgum Siberian kitten in a Moscow based breeding program! Our cats regularly attend cat shows where they often take home the top prizes. Our beautiful and very successful show Siberians include two TICA Supreme Grand Champions our first born kitten "Snowgum Titan" and our first Russian import Tavolga Sibaris.

In 2011 we visited Moscow for a show with Tavolga and she won the top prize- Overall Best of Best! We have since won many Best in Show awards and five top awards of "Supreme Exhibit" with our imported cats and our homebred cats here in Australia. At Snowgum we focus on producing healthy kittens with loving temperaments, diverse pedigrees and stunning show quality looks. Our kittens are well socialised and are fed a premium diet. As we are a small hobby breeder our adorable Siberian kittens are only available occasionally and only to permanent loving homes. Snowgum is a registered Siberian cattery with The International Cat Association (TICA) and the NSW Cat Fanciers Association. We have showed our cats at TICA, Fédération Internationale Féline d´Europe (FIFe), the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF), NSW CFA and ACF shows. For more information about our breeding program and the Siberian Cat's hypoallergenic trait please have read through our website. Don't miss the tabs on the left-hand side!
