It has a very convenient downtown LA location, perfect for events at Staples Center. It has a new modern industrial feel, nice workout center, very secure parking garage, nice patio and pool, nice lounge with pool table. Everything was new, room was very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to pay a fairly expensive security deposit and a daily cleaning fee on top of the daily rate.
