Macklemore and Ryan Lewis truly know how to light up any stage - with a big production or without. If I'm watching them on my screen on the Grammy's or in my local venue, they know how to put on a show.

I saw them in October of last year and they knew how to work a crowd. Seated in a box myself, they had me jumping out of my seat just as much as the general admission crowd was. Their production wasn't as big as an A-List pop star, having some small props but the musicians surrounding the show was just as mesmerizing as if it was. His performance of songs such as 'Same Love' and 'Starting Over' about his involvement in the Gay rights movement and his struggles with alcohol and substance abuse left every single person in the crowd feeling inspired and motivated. His stage presence is also not one to be underestimated. Not only is he a performer, but also a very passionate speaker. While some portions were heavy, it definitely didn't stay that way for long. Making jokes and telling stories of his kept everyone's energy up and turned the whole venue into one big dance party. Performing classic jams of his such as 'Can't Hold Us' and 'And We Danced' everyone was up on their feet, even the parents of the pre-teens that forced them there.

You also cannot forget his personas throughout the show. Changing into a conquistador for the song 'White Walls' and Mackle Jackson for 'And We Danced' he knows how to bring energy to the stage and capture the eyes of everyone. But of course, the greatest persona he brought was himself: with his sincerity, his honesty, and his lyrical talent. It's apparent how much he loves what he does and how thankful he is to be where he is today.
Blue Pitbull Puppies For Sale In MinnesotaHe deserves the success he and Ryan have gotten over this past year.
Moving Companies Den HaagI will never miss another Macklemore show no matter how big he gets.
Yorkie Puppies For Sale Nl Had an amazing time at the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis concert at the Theatre at Madison Square Garden this summer.

If you haven't seen them in concert you absolutely need to. First the venue was perfect. Theatre @ MSG was just the right number of people - if it was at Barclays or MSG proper I would have been disinclined to go, so that probably added a lot to the experience. They performed for 2+ hours, virtually non-stop with more set changes and hipster zeal than I've experienced before (and I loved it). The staging was brilliant, the band was set-up perfectly, and the guests were top notch. M & RL performed with serious gusto, with personal stories and anecdotes hilariously laced throughout the whole performance. Mary Lambert, Ray Dalton and Hollis stopped by and the performance also featured some next level live orchestra pieces. M & RL were so into the performance they went a half hour - 45 minutes past the official cut off, with two brilliant encore numbers. I was exhausted by the end of it, and I didn't have to do anything but jam out and appreciate the heightened level of musical talent on display.

Macklemore, Ryan Lewis and band also surprised the audience with some serious free styling, which made the whole experience more personal. I definitely recommend that folks go, especially given how brilliant this album was. Make sure to wear comfy shoes (you'll be on your feet a lot) and take a nap beforehand. Opt for one of the smaller venues for an even better experience. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have become a household name since the release of their debut album 'The Heist' in 2012. It had a refreshing merger of pop and hip hop and both audiences and critics alike rushed to praise it. A live show that now matches the stature of the album has brought fans from around the globe to see the duo perform hits such as 'Thrift Shop'. The pair simply ooze showmanship and charisma and have no issues enthusing the crowd to levels of near frenzy before dropping favourites such as 'Crew Cuts'. The atmosphere remains fun throughout as the singers bound around the stage and make themselves available to the whole audience, no matter where in the venue they are positioned.

Their technical ability is also applaudable as they freestyle the complex verses of 'Ten Thousand Hours' with ease. A poignant moment comes during a mass singalong to 'Same Love', a song highlighting the importance of sexuality equality. Macklemore is such a likeable frontman and he has the crowd in the palm of his hand for the bounce-along 'Can't Hold Us' and they are yearning for his return long after he has bounded offstage. I have been to many concerts and have never seen a crowd get into it as much as this crowd. The warm up acts were amazing. At one stage Macklemore said he would move to Perth if he threw a cookie from the stage at one person on the second level, which he chose at random. The first throw missed by about fifteen meters. However Macklemore had given out some cookies to the crowd before hand and one of the people who caught a cookie gave it to him for a second go. This proved second time lucky as the chosen crowd member caught it! Let's see if Macklemore makes the unlikely move to Perth!

OMG, Im in love, I didnt want to leave!! It was such a disappointing moment when it came to an end.... I could so love to see them again. I took my sister for her birthday, even though we are small and couldnt see a thing because of being stood behind a group of tall boys, we still had a ball xx This was one of the most inspirational, beautiful, incredible concerts I've ever seen. There was so much positive energy and it was incredible. Macklemore seemed happy the whole time, and he preformed with confidence and a smile. I would without a second thought, see him again. The concert was absolutely amazing! I'm so glad Macklemore and Ryan Lewis's concert was my first concert. Can't wait to see them again in concert hopefully!!! XP did an amazing opening performance. Definitely going to download more of both of their songs! It was an amazing evening I will probably never forget! Sadly I didn't know some songs by heart because their new album was released a few weeks ago, but macklemore is an amazing rapper and entertainter.

Not only his voice was amazing, but he also made an amazing show. This was one of the best shows I've ever been to. So much energy, humor, visual effects, dancing, and amazing music. It was like a huge dance party where everyone had a "really, really, really good time." I highly recommend everyone to experience them live; it was so positive, fun, and entertaining. The songs and vibes have been stuck with me since I left. I will be sure to see them again. Best night of my life. Know every song, know one, this is an amazing experience with amazing songs, dancers, live instruments. A show to guaranted to make you want to go again. This show was amazing! Not only was the music great the production was above and beyond. Also loved the use of real instruments and not just a turntable and a drum machine. They put in so much energy it was amazing. The light show was super. I'd do it again in a second. So excited I bought two tshirts. Man it was wild. An amazing night , so many good songs and stood right at the front which was incredible.
