They are easy to install and look nice hanging or rolled up. I would definitely buy these again when looking for bargain priced roman shades. The shade doesn't raise all the way up. When it's completely in the up position, about half of the upper portion of the window is still covered. The bottom panel isn't weighted at all and because of that it has a tendency to curl up at the corners. My advise would be to keep looking and not buy this shade. Looks like beige plastic. No weight on the bottom. We had to buy a metal rod at the hardware store to have them hang straight down. Can't wait to be able to replace them. The description makes this sound like a shade- type roll up action-nope. You need to attach a wand to turn the curtain up, then the curtain will not stay up unless you attach the wand to the bracket which is attached to the frame.
