He was brought in by one of the Mobile Clinics after his leg was broken. Unfortunately the damage was too severe and the vet had no choice but to amputate his leg.

She was found wondering around the reserve covered badly in ticks and... fleas with a major eye wound and ear cut. The Duynevet team along with Doc Melinda jumped into action with a long warm bath and dip. Removing as many ticks as possible. She was treated for ticks, fleas and also dewormed. We've named her Libby. She has a wonderful loving nature and adores all the love and attention she gets. Walks well on a leash and listens when spoken to. We will be taking her to Animal anti cruelty league in Bellville where she will receive further treatment. Michelle and her team from Boxer Rescue Western Province w‎ill work hard at finding her a new loving home she deserves. s. She is easy peasy to walk and whilst never had her off the lead, she generally stayed close as she is not a super confident boxer in new introductions but rather passive. We have not had any cats and cannot tell you if she will take to them however, knowing her as I do I think she was greet and move on. She talks when you get home and if left out too long we cry a little for some attention. She really does need a soft hand, she is obedient and just wants to please. She loves to play ball and although she brings it back, she doesn’t understand to drop it and wait to run again :-) She is currently with my daughter and the change has been difficult for her and therefore, need to find the right home to avoid being moved again She is very good with children.
