Had it installed professionally about 18 months ago. Stopped pumping hot air twice during the winter. Great system after 3years! The instructions were poor however, claiming that coolant was needed upon installation, however it definitely was not needed. much to big for home installation We love this AC/Heater. Bought in Sept 2014 and installed in Jan 2015. Had to call customer support for a part that was not working but the overnighted the part... By far the best unit for heating and cooling a large room (mine is 500 sq ft) I have ever seen. Everyone who visits comments on what a great Job & how quiet it is. We have two of these in our upstairs. We have had nothing but problems with one of them - starting with a circuit board, and now there is a Freon leak. good item but too bad in NY the guys that hooked it up were not familiar with this wall unit and messed it up but it works fine I have used it for like 3 summers already though on... I have waited a year to write a review, mainly to use it through all the seasons.
