We are different than most English Type Golden Retriever breeders in that we actually have imported dogs from reputable breeders in Australia, Hungary, and the country of origin of Golden Retrievers: Scotland.We breed European Type Golden Retrievers on a small scale.  We breed, first, for good health.  Second, for great temperament. And third, for looks.  We pride ourselves on producing fabulous looking dogs with an attitudes that are just as attractive as their appearances.  All of our breeding males and females are OFA Heart, Hip, and Elbow Certified.  As well as CERF Eye Certified.   We are not your average breeder.  Our dogs reside in foster homes so they get plenty of attention and socialization everyday.  Our dogs live with families as their pet when they are not in season or whelping.  This enables our dogs to be both a pet and a parent.We are currently working with some of our dogs to become therapy dogs.  We want our dogs to have the best of all worlds.

I realize at this time that there are some breeders creeping up that are trying to breed the "miniature golden retriever". I just pray that they use good tempered, quality stock that will represent the "golden retriever" in a positive way. Only lacking in size and some of the health issues attributed to its larger size. Unfortunately.....some breeders do post a lot of propaganda that is not even accurate. C'mon, we ALL know about grandmas mini poodle protectively guarding her lap just waiting to pounce on ANY grandchild that gets too close. Cockers can have issues as well. Although....in all honesty, I have have seen way more poodle issues than cocker issues. Personally, I am not into breeding poodles OR cockers! That is why we raise high percentage, (golden retriever) time tested lines.
